Major General John Bianchi Lot - Beretta 92F & Other Effects

Here we have a very special lot of items belonging to John Bianchi, a Major General in the US military and owner of Bianchi International Gun Leather, a staple in the gun holster and accessory industry. Included with this lot is his military-issued Beretta Model 92F and other personal effects. The gun comes with its original hard case, matching-numbered cardboard box, and four magazines. It also includes 3 sets of spare grips: black plastic and two sets of general officers presentation walnut grips. The gun is in minty condition with almost no actual finish loss, just some light scuffs on both sides of the slide. Mint bore. Manufactured in 1988. Next up is his sword, presented to him upon retirement from his military career. The sword was made by WKC (Germany) and is beautifully acid-etched with an ornate design throughout. It has a hang tag that is signed by John himself and comes with its belt hanger. The scabbard is engraved with John's name and a message for his retirement. Also included is his 2-star general parade helmet with liner and camouflage helmet cover. The helmet is in like-new condition and has Bianchi's name on the inside. Also included here are several of his black leather goods and accessories made by his own company: his officer's belt and buckle (24k gold), G100 General Officers Model holster, and G115 magazine pouch - all some minor signs of wear. There are several documents in this lot as well: His state of California military ID badge, photocopies of several awards he received, and a detailed write-up of his life and career.
