VERY RARELY SEEN 1932 BERETTA MODEL 1922 PISTOL .32ACP(7.65)!!!
Description: In 90%+ mint sharp condition, we have a quite rare and seldom seen Beretta model 1915/1919 (Sometimes called the Model 1922) 7.65mm pocket pistol that was made in the late 1920’s to early 1930's. The pistol is all matching with a VG BORE, SHIPS WITH 2 MAGAZINES and very typical of Beretta’s the slide has turned a lovely shade of plum. This is more pronounced depending on how you hold the pistol. The plum color that you see on so many of the Pre war Beretta’s was caused by the very high nickel content of the steel used in the manufacture of the slides, which over time alters the color of the blueing used at the factory. The Model 1915 /1919 was another development in the lineage of what ultimately became the model 1934/35 Berettas, Certainly one of the more interesting and desirable Beretta’s, they are highly sought after and this example is in top condition which is rarely ever found. Pistols such as this would have been used by the early Italian Fascists on their rise to power in Italy and they would have certainly seen officer use in WWII. S/N: 242231 BBL: 3.25" MAG: 7 WT: 21oz TRIGGER: 7.5lbs Very nice blued finish with black metal grooved grips with an oval "PB" logo at the top. BORE still has good rifling, is slightly frosted but has no visible pitting. ships insured to the lower 48 for $45.00.
