These original Belgian-made Medallions (true hand-engraved FN High Power series, one grade below the ultra-rare Olympian) rarely come up for sale anymore—especially in this desirable magnum caliber with period-correct setup, with light use.  Don't confuse this with the later A-Bolt Medallion models; this is the real deal from the golden era of Browning craftsmanship at Fabrique Nationale.
