Description:

Standard configuration late war FN High Power Pistol with fixed rear sight, WaA140 code with correct WaA140 marked magazine. Usual 3-line address on left side of slide and stacked matching numbers on the right side of pistol. E/WaA140 acceptances in usual locations. Magazine safety. Checkered wood grips with recessed border, no internal paint. Correct magazine with blued body, aluminum follower, and split tail floorplate, marked with the WaA140 acceptance.

Condition:

VG- original salt blue milled finish with patchy areas of wear and thinning, especially the grip straps, as consistent with a service weapon that has seen moderate use. Dark oiled grips with light scattered handling marks, especially the right panel. Comparable condition magazine. Near mirror bore with sharp rifling. Correct manual mechanics. A very collectable FN High Power Pistol from WWII, increasingly difficult to find.
