N. an order for 60,000 guns. In 1940 the Germans occupied the Belgian actory and reduced the caliber to .32acp and removed the "Queen's" stamp from the gun. This beauty is a G. I. Back was taken from a Nazi soldier after Dutch military surrendered it.. . This gun is a great example of the prewar high finish then prouced by F. N. It retains about 98+% of the orignal factory blue The little loss there is, is due to some very slight muzzle wear, sharp edge silvering and a few small pin pricks.. The grips straps show no sign of graying. The barrel, frame, slide, slide extension all match**. The grips are fine. . The slide rails, bolt face, and feed ramp show little if any use. The barrel is great. The bore is mirror bright, with razor sharp rifling, It comes with one original magazine. It is a rare historical piece for your collection and should be real fun at the camp.
