 Early and Scarce U.S. Civil War Issued Percussion Remington-Beals Navy Model Revolver  Description: An Early And Scarce U.S. Civil War Issued Percussion-Beals Navy Model Revolver In Very Good Plus To Fine Untouched Condition Throughout. Serial #13,847, all matching numbers. All original and complete. Made 1861-1862. Only 400 -500 were sold to the U.S. Army for the civil war. The revolver has fine metal and markings throughout with nice edges. This includes the "Beals Barrel Address" which is crisp and sharp. All parts are U.S. Sub Inspected. All of the metal on the pistol has a natural darkening patina on it. All screws are fine. The brass trigger guard is fine with a nice mellow color. The original grips are fine plus on the revolver with "U.S. Sub Inspectors Marks" on the bottom and a perfect "U.S. Inspectors Cartouche" on the left side. The right side of the grip has a hairline along the edge of it and a tiny chip at the bottom of it. The Pistol has a fine and tight action in it. This Is A Very Scarce & Hard To Find Fine Example Of An Early And Scarce U.S. Civil War Issued Percussion-Beals Navy Model Revolver With Only 400-500 Issued To The U.S. Army During The Civil War!
