For consideration is an excellent Colt 1903 Pocket (known within the Colt organization as Model M). Though a little large for a .380 by today's standards it is still concealable. Though being dubbed as "hammerless" it does indeed have an internal hammer that swings and hits a firing pin in the slide. The .380 caliber cartridge is also known as 9mm short or 9x17mm Browning short and with good ammunition is a very effective round. The barrel has a good bore with strong rifling. Sights are very simple with a slight notch rear and a short blade front. The nickel finish has been redone at some point but was done very nicely. The stag grips make a very retro cool statement. This fine Colt is just gaudy enough to be very cool and would be a great addition to a collection or a standout concealed carry gun where allowed by state and local laws. Comes with one magazine.
