COLT 1911A1 NATIONAL MATCH 1959

Description:
This pistol was one of only 1949 National Match pistols produced by Colt in 1959. This was only the 3rd year that Colt began producing military pistols for wartime. The frame of this gun is marked with a 4-digit serial number followed by "NM". The pistol also features a 5-inch, National Match barrel; adjustable rear sights; and a National Match, adjustable trigger. A blued finish and nice, checkered wood grips with the gold Colt medallion bring this piece together. The gun no longer has its box and is in about 90-95% condition
