Description:
Colt M1911A1 chambered in .45 ACP. The M1911A1 is an improved version of the original M1911. The U.S. military procured around 2.7 million M1911 and M1911A1 pistols during its service life. The pistol served as the standard-issue sidearm for the United States Armed Forces from 1911 to 1985. This one was reworked at the Springfield Arsenal, as evidenced by the "SA" marking on the right side of the frame. It also has aftermarket sights installed. It also has a name engraved on the upper right side of the slide, but otherwise, the pistol is in very good condition with very light finish wear. It comes with one magazine. It is marked United States Property, Serial # 2290051. It was manufactured in 1945. No box. .45 ACP
