Scarce Colt 1911 Made in 1913 All Correct .45 ACP US Property Pre-WWI

Description:
Gun retains 60% original blued finish overall. Some light pitting in areas. Shows honest wear. All markings are sharp and clear. Proper early slide marking that does NOT have the 1913 patent date. All inspectors marks are clear. UNITED STATES PROPERTY marked on the left side of the frame. Proper P H marked barrel with the inspectors markings visible from the ejection port Checkered wood grips show wear and handling marks but are solid. Bore is a little dirty with strong sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. Proper pinned bottom dual tone lanyard ring magazine, although the lanyard ring is missing. All in all, a very difficult to find original 1913 made gun that hasn't been played around with. Serial number is 46454

We do not put any ammo in it or disassemble to check internal parts. We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws. We will not ship to a New York, NJ, or CA C&R holder, a standard FFL is required.  There are some states in which a C&R handgun MUST be shipped to a dealer, such as MD. Please know your local laws.
