COLT 1903 POCKET HAMMER .38ACP AUTO
Description:
The serial number 41083 dates this Colt Pocket Hammer to 1920. The 4 1/2" barrel is chambered in .38ACP. A good percentage of the original blued finish has gone to a gray-brown patina. There is no rust or pitting. You can still see evidence of the case coloring on the spur hammer. The original factory hard rubber grips are in very good condition with no cracks or chips and little wear. The 7 round Colt factory magazine is also in very good condition and functions perfectly. All blue, with it's marked base and pinned construction, the magazine is correct for the production year. The bore is frosted with strong rifling and no pitting. Function is perfect. I've run several magazines of ammo through this pistol, it's a great shooter. A 3 day non-firing, non-disassembly inspection period is provided. Must ship to FFL or C&R. No California sales. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
