Description:
                This WWI era commercial 1911 features the classic rich blue finish for which Colt was known. Being an early model, all parts are Pre-A1 style. A checkered spur hammer, smooth mainspring housing with lanyard loop, non-scalloped frame, long reach solid trigger, and short tang grip safety. Aftermarket stag grips contrast with the dark finish.
                This pistol has some holster and usage wear. There are scratches on the frame and slide from the slide stop. Some light scratches are found at the muzzle. Light handling marks throughout. The markings are clean and crisp, as is the Rampant Colt. This pistol appears to have been fired little if at all. The bore is bright with sharp rifling.
