I have had this 1911 for a long time and believe it to be correct.   All wear marks are consistent with being that way. Correct me if I'm wrong.  I've done a lot of research on it, and I believe it to be as described.  GHD inspector mark along with P and P in diamond (Colt verified proof factory inspection mark 1911A1), on frame. P on top of slide.  Barrel is marked P on lug  and Colt 45 and a F, all original marks. Bore is good. Has the blued unmarked magazine which is consistent with Colt manufacture at the time. Comes with US 1911 Technical manual, 1 aftermarket magazine, US 1911 Leather Holster and USequipment Belt (large) and 1 box (50) rounds of 45acp ball ammunition.  Ships  separate.  I am 81 and selling my collection of firearms.
