A rare Colt factory made gun to the specifications, with unusual features and markings. An employee can build a gun and have it finished to their demands, more common years ago than these times. This fine Colt 1911A1 has the Colt factory blue finish at 99% , with unique markings on the slide: of the left side has the barrel address of the Colt Single Action army with an arrow at each end, and the right side has markings of: MODEL OF 1911 U.S. ARMY. The factory American walnut checkered grips are still sharp with no wear. Gun locks up solid and hasn't been fired much.
