New Colt Series 70 Model Competition .45 ACP 5" VERY NICE EXC Bore
Description: The Colt Series 70 Competition Model is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP. It features a 5-inch National Match barrel and an 8-round magazine capacity. The pistol uses the Series 70 firing system and is configured with a steel frame and slide finished in blued metal. Designed around Colt’s competition platform, it incorporates a standard single-action mechanism and full-size Government profile dimensions. Key components include a dual spring recoil system, a beavertail grip safety, and G10 laminated grips with a blue-black pattern. Sight configuration consists of a Novak rear sight paired with a red fiber-optic front sight. The bore is described as excellent, with clean rifling and no noted defects. This pistol is in new condition, showing no prior use. The overall fit and finish reflect factory presentation typical of Colt’s Series 70 Competition line. Included with the pistol is a blue plastic Colt case containing the instruction manual. The model was introduced in 2016 and retains the traditional Series 70 internal design without a firing pin safety.
