Colt 1911 .45 ACP Commercial Model Made in 1941

Description:

The government ceased production of all civilian 1911's in 1942 until 1946. This is one of the later pre war production commercial models made before the war broke out . It has all the proper pre war parts and markings except back strap is serrated. It is in gem mint as new as refinished condition. Expertly done carbona blue with sharp as new markings. Mint bore and action. This was an expert restoration, not just a quick reblue and appears as new. Proper magazine. Sharp gun.
