Description:
The Colt 1911 Black Army is a notable variant of the iconic M1911 pistol, originally produced during World War I. The "Black Army" finish was adopted by Colt in mid-1918 to expedite production. This example dates to 1918. Finish shows wear on the slide and not as bad on the frame. A nice collectors piece. .45 Auto
