This .38 Super is from my private collection and i am only selling/trading because i have 2 in like condition and the other has a 3 digit serial number.
This is a fantastic gun with the deep, almost charcoal, toned bluing found on the early model
pre-war .38 Supers. The blue finish is excellant throughout with no fading,discoloration or sharp edge wear. Very small/light scratches on the serial number. One can only guess how this happened but i am sure it made someone sick when it did happen? The grips are in excellant condition and remain sharp. This gun is 100% correct, no alterations and the frame is numered to the slide.
It would be difficult to improve on the overall condition of this fine Colt .38 Super!
I will consider trades for other pre-war Colt automatics in excellant condition.
