The Colt Marine Pistol, had been selected by the United States Marine Corps as their Close Quarters Battle Pistol but in October 2016 the U.S. Marine Corps announced Glock 19s would replace the .45 ACP-chambered Colt M45A1s. The Colt M45A1 has an enhanced hammer, a Colt extended ambidextrous safety lock, and a 5in National Match barrel. It features dual recoil springs to reduce perceived recoil and the magazine capacity is seven rounds. The M45A1 has a backstrap safety as as well as the ambidextrous thumb safety, and has a slight bevel at the magazine well enhances reload speed. This Colt M45A1 comes with the factory box and a single 7 round magazine.
