It's a real beauty, built in 1944, other than some mild holster wear this "A1"looks great.
This beauty has retained about 90+% of the original factory parkerizing.
The total loss apppears to have from from holster wear.
There are no scratches, rust spot or pits anywhere.
The little loss there is. is due to sharp edge silvering and slight thinning on the left side of the slide.
The grip strap show no sign of grayng.
All parts are original to the gun. Inspector's initials GHD
The barrel is properly marked under the left side of the chamber "Colt .45acp."
The bore is laser brght with razor sharp rifling, not a whisp of frost anywhere.
The grps aret the correct large ring and without a blemish.
It comes wth one "G" stamped General Shaver magazine.
