THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL COLT WW 2 1911 A1 PISTOL......IT RETIANS LITERALLY 98% OF IT'S ORIGINAL COLT FACTORY PARKERIZING. IT IS ALL CORRECT IN EVERY REGARD. HAS EXCELLENT CORRECT GRIPS, "F" CODE COLT MARKED BARREL WITH MINT BORE. MATCHING SLIDE AND PIN PLATE AS WELL. IT WENT INTO RIA FOR STORAGE ONLY AND IS SO MARKED. APPARENTLY , THERE WAS NOTHING NEEDED TO DO ON THIS PARTICULAR PISTOL, SO IT WAS PROOF MARKED AND STORED IN VIRTUALLY NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. NEVER RE-FINSIHED, RE-ARSENALED, REPAIRED OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY. C&R OK
