Very Nice Colt 1911 Made In 1918 With Three Two-tone Mags and Mag Pouch

For sale is a very nice Colt M1911 made in mid 1918, s/n 321654.
This pistol appears to be all original except for the slide stop which is Springfield. Original blued finish rates about 80%. Finish on the front and back grip straps is worn to a grey patina. There is a spot on the right side of the slide by the spring plug, and some mild discoloration around the lanyard loop. There is a trace of peppering on the left front top of the slide and some minor discoloration on the frame under the grips. Overall condition rates  good.
Slide has period correct Colt roll stamp, H mark, and early disconnector recess. Eagle’s head proof on the frame. Wear marks on slide and frame match. Barrel is marked H P on the barrel hood and 5 on the bottom in front of the lugs. Wear marks on the slide face, barrel lug, and breach match which indicates that the barrel is original to the gun. Bore is good. Lands are clean, grooves are a little gray. Recoil spring is the early long type with 32¾ coils. Long smooth wide hammer, checkered slide stop and thumb safety. Small parts retain nearly all of the original finish. Short grip safety. Early front sight. Rear sight is early U notch. Walnut grips are in good shape and appear original.
Comes with two-toned, Colt pinned base, unmarked magazine. This is a very nice original Colt M1911 pistol from 1918. $2500 shipped insured to FFL 01. Add $50 for shipment to FFL 03. 2. Buyer/ acknowledges havingon and purchased a used firearm. Buyer/ is fully aware of the potential risks involved and hazards connected with any kind of use of such firearm, and buyer/ agrees to have said firearm examined by a competent gunsmith before attempting to fire  or in any way use said firearm. Buyer/ VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, which may be sustained by buyer/, or any loss or damage of property owned by buyer/, as a result of any kind of use of this firearm, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
3. Buyer/ hereby AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may incur due to use of said firearm by buyer/, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
4. It is the express intent of buyer/ that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of buyer/'s family and spouse, if buyer/ is alive, and buyer/'s heirs, assigns and personal representative, if buyer/ is deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO USE SUE the above-named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas and specifically, Johnson County. 
IV. Return Policy
This item is sold with a three day non-firing return. Three day period begins with receipt at /buyer's designated delivery address. Disassembly is allowed. Buyer pays return shipping. Discharge of this firearm i.e. shooting, and/or damage of any kind including but not limited to scratches, take down marks, dents, etc. caused by but not limited to buyer, buyer's friends, relatives, or associates, and not readily identifiable in listing photos voids return, as does substitution or removal of any part whatsoever. 
V. Shipping and Insurance
Shipping cost does not include insurance unless specifically stated. We strongly advise insuring your purchase for a minimum of the purchase price. In the case of a  firearm lost or damaged in shipment, buyer/ is responsible for retaining all packaging, obtaining pictures of damaged item and packaging, and for notification of loss or damage to Kansas Military Firearms LLC within 48 hours of receipt or intended delivery time at buyer/'s designated delivery address. Filing and administering any and all claims with the delivering carrier is the responsibility of buyer/. Kansas Military Firearms LLC will promptly assist  buyer/ with said claim to the very best of our ability.
