For Sale: Colt Pre War Ace 1911a1 style semi-automatic pistol. This pistol is in .22 LR caliber with a 4.75" barrel. This is the commercial model and was manufactured in 1934. The condition is rated at 96% original condition. The bore and mechanics are excellent. The only bluing loss is high edge wear, some minor handling marks, and some surface freckling on the upper edge of the left side of the slide. The walnut checkered grips are in the same condition as the gun--Excellent. With only 11000 ever produced between 1931-1941 & 1947 this is one of the higher condition ones I've seen lately. A great investment and super addition to any collection. Please see my other adds for more collectable firearms.
