THIS IS A RARE , VERY EARLY , JAN. 1940, COLT U.S. PROPERTY SERVICE ACE. THERE WERE LESS THAN 200 OF THESE 1ST ISSUE EARLY GUNS MADE. IT RETAINS 94% OF IT'S ORIGINAL BLUE, MATCHING SLIDE AND A MINT BORE. THE GRIPS ARE EXCELLENT AND IT FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY. HAS THE ORIGINAL 2 TONE MAG. THERE IS VERY LIGHT EDGE WEAR AND HANDLING WITH MOST OF THE USE CONFINED TO THE FRONT GRIP STRAP WHICH IS TONING A BIT. MARKINGS ARE ALL CLEAR. COMES WITH A COLT FACTORY LETTER. C&R OK
