Colt Woodsman Match Target, 3rd Series, Jan 1977, Production Ended April 1977.

Description:
          This Colt Woodsman Match Target was among the last made in 1977.  It has been well cared for, and after 43 years it remains in Excellent condition.
  It has a few very light scuff marks that would otherwise present a perfect finish.  The marks can be seen in the photos, nothing is hidden.  The Bore is perfect, the action smooth and fully functional.  Some evidence of light use can be seen on the bolt face and chamber area.  It will be shipped with the original box that is missing both end flaps. The Colt screw driver is included as is a Colt “Handling the Handgun” booklet. 
          Colt stopped production of the Woodsman in April, 1977. This pistol was made only 3 months before, and represents a nice representation of the end of the Woodsman.  A nice addition to a Woodsman collection.  Cal .22 LR with a 6in barrel.  Serial Number: 311216S.  FFL Required.

Notice:
ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Typical Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for a handgun is $30.00, and for a Long Gun is $45.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required. 
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
