High condition Colt Gold Cup National Match. .45 ACP Pistol, made in 1968, with beveled recoil spring plug, in original box with Colt key ring screwdriver and literature.

Description:

Standard configuration Colt Gold Cup national match pistol with patridge front sight and fully adjustable Elliason-marked rear target sight. Left side of slide referencing National Match and the caliber. Colt address in Hartford on right side of the slide. Barrel marked “COLT .45 AUTO N.M.” over chamber. Serial number on right side of frame. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with gold Colt medallions. Correct factory magazine referencing Colt and Caliber on floorplate. Correct factory box. Literature to include: warranty card dated 4/70, key ring screwdriver, and warranty pamphlet.

Condition:

EXC+ original condition with just the most minute sharp edge wear, few very fine scratches below the slide release. Fading minimal on front strap. Crisp grips with oil staining as imaged, particularly the right panel. Magazine with insertional wear. Mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics. Comparable condition literature. Box with moderate edge scuffing and carefully glued repairs. A high condition Colt Gold Cup from 1968 well suited for the range or your collection.
