Excellent all as issued WWII 1943 US ARMY Colt 1911 45 ACP

For sale is excellent 1943 production COLT model 1911A1
This is all original and matching pistol – 100% as issued condition.
Slide has same serial number and barrel is correct for this stage of production, with small “F “ proof, Colt 45 AUTO and “P” inspected.
GHD inspected with very sharp ordnance-wheel proof.
Wear between barrel and frame clearly indicates that gun was issued with this very barrel.
Parkerised finish is excellent , with hint of expected holster wear – very nice straps !
Coltwood grips also very good – bore with some delicate wear – 9/10
That is very good example of desirable 1943 US ARMY COLT M1911A1 , a true keeper! Will be hard to upgrade.
