Got a Springfield Armory 1911A1 45acp Custom Shop Full Size Handgun.  There is full documentation on the firearm.   This was an early build.

"Matt Davis was Richard Heinie's star protege. He worked with Heinie Specialty as a machinist and gunsmith helping Richard clean up his decade long gun backorder for many years. Matt was practically a member of the Heinie family and was the "Heir to the Throne" of Heinie Specialty. 

Davis' work was often touted by customers as equal/better than the Master himself. 

Well, as life sometimes happens, Matt eventually left the Heinie shop and the gunsmithing business altogether during for personal reasons."

Listed as USED as this came from the estate of an FFL/SOT Gun Smith, Gun Store that is out of business.  This is or was inventory.  There is no history on this piece.   Please check the pictures to check condition.   There will be countless other listings from this inventory over the next 4 to 5 years.   We are selling for the store. This is NOT a liquidation.  There are no lists and will be no lists.  Just keep checking the other listings

I have no idea if this is a California Qualified Handgun, but I do ship to CA if you check other listings and something fits CA DOJ.  If you are CA and you can PROVE, and your RECEIVING FFL contacts me, I will ship this to CA
