Cool Cold War era CZ Model 45 in .25 ACP caliber. The Vzor 45, commonly known as CZ 45 is a compact blowback operated semi-automatic pistol chambered in .25 ACP. It was made in Czechoslovakia and later in the Czech Republic. Derived from the CZ-36 following World War II. This particular example is in original condition and mechanically perfect. These are known to be dead reliable pocket pistols. Seacamp worked from this specific design in producing their .25 and .32 pocket autos. Well known as a popular conceal carry pistol with spy’s on both sides of the iron curtain during the Cold War Era. Its popularity was due to the fact that it was double action, hammer fired and utterly dependable. The very compact and discreet size made it easy to conceal. This example is one of the few that made it into this country before the fall of the iron curtain. This scarce and finely made pistol is an absolute must have for CZ or Cold War era collectors.
