Description: General Specs: CZ, Year 1944, 7.65mm (.32 ACP), 24oz Serial Number: 251612 The Pistole Modell 27 also known as the CZ 27 was chambered for the Browning .32 ACP, or 7.65mm in the Metric nations. After Nazi Germany occupied Czechoslovakia 1938- 1939 the Czechoslovakian extensive armaments industry was ordered to produce munitions for the German military. Many Czech designs became part of the German inventory including the Modell 27. This example SN 251612 is marked on its slide with German markings- BOHMISCHE WAFFENFABRIK A.G.IN PRAG and Pistole Modell 27 Kal, 7,65 and was manufactured in 1944 likely for the Czech security services. It retains about 97% factory finish with some natural service wear, its barrel has a mirror bore. Serial numbers match on the frame and slide, the magazine is marked P Mod 27 on its base. The gun is complete with its leather holster, dated 1943.
