I've had the disease for many years.  I see a nice gun. I think I gotta have it.  I buy it.  It sits in my safe.  Sometimes for years. I may shoot it, I might not.  Then I see something else that catches my eye.  My disease is your good fortune.

Up for sale from my collection is a very nice Dan Wesson Bruin in 10mm with a 6-inch match barrel.  It ships with the original case and owner's manual.  See photos for gun condition. I have shot this one.  But is has been carefully cared for.

I love this pistol!  And I love 10mm!  It shoots very smooth with the 6-inch barrel.  In my opinion, Dan Wesson makes the finest production 1911s.

This pistol has a Wilson Combat curved or bob-tail magazine well and trigger.  Those are the only mods.  But the WC trigger & magwell make it look sooo fine!  And work so well!!

By the way, most the new DW Bruins that I see are all black.  This bronze/black two-tone on this pistol looks amazing!  Slide & frame are forged steel.

You will notice the bull-nose slide at the front.  This makes it slip into a holster so much nicer than a squared off slide!  Some say the bull-nose makes it harder to disassemble for cleaning.  I have not found that to be the case at all.  I have no issues with disassembly.  But I am also a 1911 fanatic and used to taking them apart for cleaning, and those complaining may not be.

If I love it, why am I selling it?  I have several other 10mm pistols including three other Dan Wessons!!  So I'm letting this one go to make room in my safe.
