Up for sale is a 1917 DWM German Army Luger, a classic and highly collectible WWI military pistol. This example was produced towards the end of the war and retains the iconic DWM toggle stamp and 1917 chamber date. It’s a strong, historically significant piece for any German military or early 20th-century handgun collection.

This Luger features matching serial numbers on the major components (receiver, barrel, frame, toggle assembly) except the trigger plate, with unusual inspector and proof marks intact. Under the barrel there are British proof marks. Appears to be refinished with some wear, appropriate for a service-issued sidearm of this era. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Includes one mag and an original WWI iron cross.
