Description: EAST GERMAN SOVIET CAPTURE DWM LUGER P.08 9X19mm PISTOL C&R COLD WAR GREAT WAR 1915 Dated Military Luger with HOLSTER Here we present a C&R World War I Dated German DWM (Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken) Pistole Parabellum P.08 Military Luger Pistol, made in 1915 in Berlin, Germany. This pistol was made in the beginning of WWI and saw service in the German armed forces through WWII, during which it was captured by the Soviets and saw continued use in East Germany throughout the Cold War. The overall condition is very good. Refinished. The action is excellent. The barrel is a period replacement. The bore is in very fine condition, shiny bright with sharp rifling. The underside of the barrel is import marked. Grips are solid. The numbers match on the frame, barrel extension, take down lever, sideplate, safety assembly, trigger and the individual pieces of the toggle. Original 1915 manufacture date on top with Imperial German proofs on the right side. The left side has the Soviet Capture “X”. The holster is original German from the WWII period that has been adapted for a GI belt. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Barrel is 4 inches.
