Manufactured in Budapest, Hungary by FÉG / FegArmy Kft between 1994–2004, the B9R is a recoil-operated, steel-frame semi-automatic pistol known for its durability and solid construction. Only approximately 1,500–2,000 of these pistols were imported into the United States, making them relatively uncommon on the market.

The 101mm (3.98\") barrel features six-groove rifling and is hard-chromed inside and out, adding durability and corrosion resistance. The pistol weighs approximately 700g unloaded (about 1.5 lbs) and uses a hardened steel 15-round detachable double-stack magazine, offering higher capacity than most pistols in this caliber.

The slide cycles smoothly, the action locks up tight, and the firearm functions great. A solid and somewhat rare Hungarian-made pistol that would make a great addition for collectors or anyone looking for a well-built .380 with excellent capacity.
