WWII Hungarian Femaru Fegyver FEG 37M .380 ACP Semi-Auto Pistol with Holster + 2 Magazines

Here we present a fine example of a WWII era Hungarian Femaru Fegyver (FEG) 37M semi-auto pistol chambered in .380 ACP.  The 37M was released by FEG in 1937 and was designed primarily by Rudolph Frommer, the firm's lead firearms designer at the turn of the 20th century.  The 37M was an improved version of Frommer's earlier 29M, released in 1929, following design cues from John Moses Browning's FN Browning Model 1910 semi-auto pistol.  The FEG 37M was used by the newly formed Hungarian Army during the Slovak-Hungarian War of 1939.  In 1941, the German Luftwaffe ordered 50,000 FEG 37M pistols chambered in the German 7.65MM (.32 ACP) cartridge, rather than the .380 ACP cartridge used by the Hungarians.  Approximately 180,000 FEG 37M pistols were produced between 1937 and 1944. The FEG 37M is considered a collector's piece because of its limited numbers produced and the gun's involvement in World War II.

This example is in overall Good - Very Good Condition.  The original blued finish shows some wear consistent with the age of the firearm.  The original wood grips are in Excellent Condition.  The 4" barrel has a bright shiny bore with strong rifling and the gun is mechanically excellent.  One magazine is marked "29M" which is interchangeable with the 37M.  The second magazine has no markings.  This gun also comes with a WWII era Hungarian Military leather flap holster which is in great shape as well.  Feel free to call or text with any questions or for more pictures.
