The FN Browning is an 8-shot, blowback-operated semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.65mm Browning (.32 ACP) featuring a 4.5-inch (114mm) barrel. Developed by Fabrique Nationale in Belgium, it stands out as an ingenious, customer-driven design modification of John Browning's classic pocket-sized Model 1910. The Frame and Slide Extension lengthened the original grip frame downward to hold a taller magazine (boosting capacity from 7 rounds to 8 rounds). They then retained the standard Model 1910-slide architecture, but hid the extra length of the 4.5-inch barrel by pinning a bayonet-style sheet metal slide cap onto the front end, which also houses the front sight. 7.65MM (.32 ACP)
