Synopsis: An original Gen 1 Model 17 is one of the most desirable of the early Glock pistols, this high condition example was built December 1988, now offered with two high capacity 17 round magazines in tupperware box! Description: Standard configuration Glock 17 Gen 1 with 4.375 inch barrel, fixed front sight and drift adjustable rear sight, both with Night Sight inserts. Left side of slide marked with manufacturer, model, country of origin, and caliber. Full serial number on right side of barrel hood and slide, each suffixed by Austrian proofs. Textured Gen 1 frame. Two original high cap 9mm magazines marked for 17rnds: one an early mag marked for LE/GOVT use, the other later with ambidextrous cutouts. Complete with “tupperware” box (series 4/5 lid, series 6 base) containing plastic cleaning rod and plastic bristle brush. Condition: EXC with few box-rub marks on top of the slide and on the right side of the slide. Very little operational use with the exposed chamber retaining nearly all its blue. Bright bore and sharp rifling. Perfect manual mechanics.
