The Glock 19 Gen 5 is one of the most popular handguns in America. With a 15-round flush-fit magazine capacity in its compact frame, the Glock 19 lends itself well to many applications. For many, it is an ideal carry gun; others may choose it for competitions or duty use—even select military units have fielded the Glock 19 and found it to be favorable over other pistols. The Glock 19 Gen 5 differs from previous generations in a few ways. Firstly, the barrel now has been replaced with Glock's Marksman barrel and the slide features forward serrations for easier manipulation. The nose of the slide and frame have been tapered slightly to make holstering smoother. The slide lock/release lever is now ambidextrous and the magazine release can be swapped to either side with only a pair of needlenose pliers. The finger grooves have been removed from the front strap and the grip features Glock's pyramid RTF texture and can accept alternative backstraps to alter the pistol's grip size. The pistol sports Glock's standard plastic white iron sights and is not cut to accept optics like the MOS models. This pistol is in near-new condition with only very slight wear on the inside indicating it has been fired. The pistol is obviously refinished with a Robin's Egg Blue finish and features same-color accents on the slide markings. The pistol includes its original factory case, two OEM 15-round magazines, a magazine loader, and the user manual. 9mm Luger
