Description:
Scarce Krieghoff Luger Rig, S code, made in 1935, all matching except for trigger and firing pin that are Krieghoff proofed, and grips that are unmarked. Two matching magazines. This otherwise standard configuration S code pistol has a 4 inch barrel with drift adjustable front sight and “V” notched rear sight. Chamber marked with Krieghoff S code. Toggle linkage with the HK/SUHL logo. Full serial number on forward frame and left side of barrel extension. Many of the small parts matched to the last two digits of the serial number, exceptions as previously noted. Checkered walnut grips and two matching magazines. Complete with period correct, unmarked, black leather holster. No TD tool.
Condition:
EXC finish pistol with the frame a careful restoration, only discernible by noting shallow serial number on forward frame and a few polishing details around the lanyard ring, thumbprint easy to visualize, and on backstrap. Correct grips with sharply delineated checkering, no cracks. Comparable condition magazines. Bright bore with sharp rifling. Correct manual mechanics. VG+ holster. A very nice-looking S code Krieghoff Luger Rig with two matching magazines and black leather holster.
