This was a Super 14 but it has been shortened to 10" and a custom linear compensator added (without threading or damaging the finish), the front sight reinstalled on the comp giving a longer sight radius but probably requiring a shorter front sight blade. Has a visible "forcing cone" ahead of the chamber so made for "hot shot" capsules?
