8  inch smooth bore  barrel  .69  bore /  ex  shiney  bore / 14 1/4 inches  oa   /marked  on lock   perger   in grit'l   // engraved  lock  //  plain brass  mounted  /  stock has  no  cracks  or chips and looks  like 90% original varnish   // lock  and  barrel  in  natural  grey color /  gun is  in  all original  condition  marked  1  on  tang  so priobably  1  of  a  cased  pair /  action  works  fine  nice  nipple / no pitting  i  can  see  //very  crisp  gun  just  normal  handling  marks circa  1850s   $67  sh  ins  no  sales  to  ny but  will  ship  to  friend  in  anothe  state //tang  screw  is  lined  up  as  a  rear  sight//this  type  made for  private  purchase  for  lower  ranked officers ????
