Description:
Standard configuration 1908 Clement with fixed sights and finely checkered slide serrations. Full matching serial number on left side of barrel, slide, and frame. Safety marked “safe” and “fire”. Right side of barrel, slide, and frame with usual Belgian proofs along with the notation “BELGIUM” as applied to guns earmarked for export. Hard rubber molded with intertwined logo over section of bordered checkering. Unmarked original magazine with five indicator holes.
Condition:
Approximately 95% original rust blue with sharp edge wear and minor freckling from a carried pocket pistol. Comparable condition grips and magazine whose floorplate is slightly bowed. Bright bore with strong rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. Very scarce and unusual early European automatic pistol.
