Beautiful, all matching, first variation, SIG P49 Swiss military pistol, high polish, with updated half cock hammer group, slightly plum tone frame, two high polish magazines and matching-dated holster/strap.
Description:
Standard configuration single action pistol with 4.75” barrel and drift adjustable front and rear sight. The left side of the slide and frame are proofed and marked with the full serial number that is repeated on the right side of the barrel hood. Safety detents are marked with an “S” in white and “F” in red. “P” release on the left upper trigger guard web. Disassembly shows a matching, updated hammer group with half cock and a commercially marked recoil spring guide. Fitted with serrated walnut grips secured with fire blued screw. Fixed lanyard ring. Complete with two original high polish magazines and a correct, dated "51" Swiss military holster with "51" dated strap.
Condition:
Crisp 98+% bright original blue with sharp edge wear in usual areas as one might expect from a Military pistol having seen very light use. Comparable condition small parts and grips. Primary and spare magazines with correct original high polish blue. Mirror bore. Perfect manual mechanics. VG+ holster and strap with intact stiching showing no repairs. A superb, early, and complete P49 righ with correctly matching holster and strap.
