This new SP 5K PDW is the real deal, made by H&K Oberndorf, Germany, looks the way a true MP5K should look without the "WARNING REFER TO OWNERS MANUAL......Made in Germany" conspicuously stamped on the mag well.  

Imported by B&T and warranted by them.

Ships in a HK marked plastic case made in Germany by W.AG Funktion & Design GmbH.  The incuded original user manual is in German (gun was made for the German market) but I include a re-printed copy of the HK USA English SP5 Series Manual.
