This Hi-Standard Sport King Model 1 in .22 LR is in Great used condition and represents the inaugural model of one of America's most beloved rimfire pistols. Serial number 430638. Produced between 1951 and 1954 in New Haven, Connecticut, this first-generation Sport King features the distinctive take-down lever that distinguishes it from later button-release models. As Hi-Standard's entry-level target pistol, the Sport King delivered exceptional quality and accuracy at an affordable price, making it a favorite among generations of shooters.
