High Standard Presidential Model Derringer chambered in .22 Magnum (.22 WMR), serial number DM218. Factory gold-plated presentation model produced in limited quantities by High Standard of Hamden, Connecticut during the 1970s. Includes original fitted walnut presentation case with red velvet lining and gold “Presidential Model" markings. Based on serial number, this one was produced in 1976.

This over/under double-action derringer features original walnut grips, factory markings, and attractive gold finish throughout. Serial number falls within the known Presidential Model production range. Condition is very good overall with light handling marks and minor finish wear consistent with age. Mechanically appears well preserved with sharp markings and excellent presentation appeal.

A desirable collectible High Standard variant combining compact pocket-pistol design with distinctive factory presentation finish and case. An excellent addition for collectors of High Standard firearms, vintage derringers, or 1970s commemorative and presentation pistols.
