High Standard Model - GB, Cal. .22 LR, 4 1/2 Inch Barrel**SOLD**

Description:
The High Standard Model-GB was made from 1949 to 1950, with approximately 4,900 manufactured.  The pistols were fitted with interchangeable 4 1/2 or 6 3/4 inch barrel with takedown lever, monogrammed brown checkered plastic grips, fixed sights, external safety lever, 10 shot magazine, blue finished, and chambered in .22 LR.  This numbers matching (frame and slide) Model-GB is as described and is fitted with a 4 1/2 inch barrel.  The pistol is in excellent original condition, retaining 90% of its original blue finish, with most thinning on the front and back-straps of the grip and the muzzle of the barrel  The grips fit well, retain most of their sharp checkering, and are in excellent condition.  The bore is excellent and the action is tight and functions perfectly.  An extremely nice example of its type.  Sorry, no box or paper-work.                                     PRICE:    $495             We are Antique & Modern Firearms in Lexington, KY, dealer of fine firearms since 1974.                    PH. 859-276-1419         We Buy, Sell and Trade Firearms & Knives.    Have a Individual Firearm,  Firearms Collection, or Firearms Estate to sell, let us know, we can buy or consignment sell it for you.                      NOTE:  No additional Fee for Credit Card Purchases.
