High Standard Olympic
Description: Inv. 6715 High Standard (Hi), .22 short, Olympic, Ser 334001 Very early New Haven, Ct, Mfg.1951. Minty condition, rare and the earliest Olympic.22 short gun. The gun would rate easily at 99.999% original factory finish. The only blemish I could find was a very tiny rub mark on the left side of the frame. The rest of the gun is pristine. The grips straps show no sign of toning. The early hand checkered walnut thumb rest grips are in similar condition, and are without trace of wear. Not even a flattened point. The gun's screws show no sign of use. The barrel is pristine, sunshine bright with razor sharp rifling. Not a hint frost anywhere. it comes with the original factory. 22 cal. short magazine. This beautiful, early high Standard is not only a tack driver but is also a real collector's find, Especially in this condition.......$995.
