Super nice condition pistol, one of the best Lend Lease pistols I've ever seen. Properly marked on slide and barrel with BNP proofs and "Released from British Service" markings. All correct as built with correct HS marked barrel. Only 37,500 1911's were rented to the British and many lost in combat or provided to Commonwealth forces, few returned in as good a condtion as this Ithaca.
