Description:
The Kimber Micro 9 is a premium, sub-compact "pocket" pistol that brings the ergonomics and trigger feel of a 1911 to a platform small enough for deep concealment. While it looks like a miniature 1911, it is simplified for modern carry, doing away with the grip safety found on its larger cousins. Kimber uses high-quality materials, including a stainless steel slide and barrel, ensuring the gun resists corrosion even when carried close to the body. The frame is flared at the bottom to assist with faster, smoother magazine changes under stress. Despite its small size, it uses a full-length guide rod and a heavy-duty recoil spring to help tame the snap of 9mm defense loads. The Micro 9 is a "specialist" gun. It is one of the most comfortable 9mm pistols to carry due to its thin profile, but its Single Action nature means it is best suited for shooters who are comfortable carrying "cocked and locked" (hammer back, safety on). 9mm Luger
